A Loxahatchee Groves, Florida resident, Michael Lee Ward has held diverse roles in the aviation industry for over two decades. Mr. Ward has been the Chief Aircraft Evaluation and Management pilot since 2019.

A seasoned Airline Transport Pilot, Michael holds a USA FAA ATP certificate with ratings for single and multi-engine aircraft. His flight experience encompasses 8000 plus hours on various aircraft types, with 5063 hours completed on multi-engine jets. He has been a captain in aviation companies such as Southern Jet, A-OK Jets, Sky One Holdings, and Tradewind Aviation LLC.

Throughout his career, Mr. Ward has navigated flights to numerous destinations encompassing Canada, Bermuda, South-Central America, Europe, and the Caribbean Islands. Beyond his flight duties, he has contributed to the industry as a former Director of Operations at Lanmar Aviation and a simulator instructor at CAE-Simulife. He possesses comprehensive education and training in various aircraft models such as HS-125 800XPI, CL-650/605,604, G200, CE525S and specialized aviation practices such as emergency with water training, icing, volcanic ash, thunderstorm avoidance, and wind shear recovery.
